At present, Idem-USA is not a cohesive working group, but a loose connection of a few people who are working on their own initiatives and programs.
IDEM USA began at the Connectivity conference in the summer of 2006. At connectivity, which took place in Sao Paulo, Brazil, 800 youth from around the world met for a week of intense culture. Dance, blacksmithing, discussion, presentations, workshops on economy, ecology, the power of agreement and much more were a part of the conference.
