Idem Brazil was formed when more or less 20 young people from movements from all over Brazil such as Connect Brazil, Pergunta e Ação, Tropis and Monte Azul joined.

Idem Brazil establishes contacts between social institutions and people involved in social work and young people who are willing to offer their services to help in any way, for a shorter or longer period…

Idem-Identity through Initiative is an international network with groups active in many countries. Some of the groups are registered as NGOs (Non Governmental Organisations), as in Germany, Sweden and Brazil, where in other countries such as New Zealand, the United States they operate as groups.
