IDEM is an Organisation based on the qualities of youth. As an international Network built on personal contacts IDEM aims to be a platform for people to unfold their true potential to contribute towards society.

The picture shows the process. We have an idea, an initiative and put it into action. Then we reflect on what has happened, and we discover that we have changed.
But we can only discover this if we turn inward, if we internally reflect on ourselves and our experiences. If we go straight from an idea into action, or into a new experience, we short-circuit this process and do not take those steps in our personal development in the fashioning of our identity, which would otherwise be possible for us.
But through following this process we gain new insight into what initiatives are needed next, and so the process continues from initiative to reflection to new initiative, again and again.
